Pre-Thanksgiving Workout

Oh man, Thanksgiving is not even here and I think I’ve gained 3 pounds just thinking about Thanksgiving dinner. Is that possible? Well, in anticipation of the holiday I’m going to do this short workout every evening. Anyone want to try it with me?? If so, how many sets are you going to do?

What is a sumo squat? Once I know the answer to this, I'm in! :)

Jenn, yay you are in!!! I honestly had no idea, so I had to google it. :)

Grab a heavy dumbbell and hold an end with each hand at arm’s length in front of your waist. Set your feet about twice your shoulder width apart, your toes turned out slightly. Lower your body as far as you can by pushing your hips back and bending your knees.

Pause, then push yourself back to the starting position. Keep your torso as upright as you can for the entire movement, with your lower back naturally arched.
