Today husband and I are heading to New Orleans!! Phil’s thrilling job sends him all over the US for trade shows, and sometimes I get to go. Yippee! This is one of those fabulous times! I’m going for 3 1/2 days (the 1/2 definitely still counts) and Phil is staying for 10 days because he has to work. Boo. Neither us have been there before so if you have any tips about New Orleans feel free to share!
Last night I finished my packing. What do you bring to New Orleans in 85 degree weather, and 40% humidity? Dresses…. sun dresses... and the more options the better. I brought 6. I’m not sure if that’s enough. While packing Phil told me it was probably going to rain there. I asked if I needed my rain boots, because in LA when it sprinkles I bust out my rainboots... he thought I was joking, laughed and walked away. I wasn't. Maybe I can sneak my boots into his suticase.... hmmm.
It all fits in my little carry-on bag. Oh yea, I'm a master packer.
